New opportunities for your visibility
- Generative AI increasingly helps decide which offerings decision-makers get to see at all. If you don't appear in the AI answer, you won't make the next shortlist.
- Generative systems prioritize by different criteria than traditional search engines. Visibility no longer depends only on SEO and reach, but on structured information, verifiable expertise and credible trust signals.
- The workshop presents the current state of Data Reputation Management (DRM) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and makes both applicable to your own organization. In a live exercise, you place your own company on a maturity model and work out your concrete next step.
Three dimensions of AI visibility
Technical Foundation
How AI systems perceive your technical setup: structured data, schema markup, crawlability and semantic consistency are the base on which everything else builds.
Thematic Expertise
How subject-matter substance is reflected in AI answers: which content AI systems read as expertise, and which they overlook because it lacks structure.
Trust Signals
Which external evidence makes your credibility visible to AI: social proof, editorial coverage and verifiable third-party sources are weighted differently in AI systems than in traditional search.
What you take away from the workshop
- An understanding of how generative AI systems select and prioritize sources — and why the mechanics differ from traditional search engines.
- Clarity about the maturity of your AI visibility and about practical steps that measurably strengthen your visibility and credibility.
- A structured approach to improving your AI visibility in a targeted way.
The Insyrt GEO and DRM Maturity Self Check
A personal assessment to take home.
In the central live exercise, you determine systematically and anonymously which of five GEO and DRM levels your company is at. You get clarity on which next step makes sense for you.
The result: you leave the workshop with an honest self-assessment, a concrete recommendation and a time frame for getting started.
Who the workshop is for
The workshop is aimed at tech leaders, innovation managers and communications professionals working in complex B2B environments.
You don't need any specific technical knowledge of GEO and DRM to get the most out of the workshop. What matters is understanding AI visibility as a strategic factor for business growth and success – and acting on it afterwards.
- CIOs and CTOs at B2B tech companies
- Innovation and strategy leads
- Heads of communications and marketing
- Founders and managing directors of scaling tech companies

Questions and answers about the workshop
What exactly happens in the 60 minutes of the workshop?
The workshop has three parts: a compact introduction to the three dimensions of AI visibility (Technical Foundation, Thematic Expertise, Trust Signals), the central live exercise with a self-check of your company's AI visibility maturity, and a joint review with concrete steps for your organization.
How does the live exercise work — and what happens to the data?
In the exercise, you work with the Insyrt GEO and DRM Maturity Self Check. You place your company on a five-level maturity model, rate your urgency and receive a recommendation for a concrete next step. We then review together in the group which patterns emerge.
If you agree, your anonymous answers can contribute to a general analysis that we publish – in aggregated form only.
What do you get out of the workshop if you already know the basics of GEO?
The central question of the workshop is not "What is GEO?" but "Where do we stand today — and what is the next sensible step?". The theoretical framing is kept compact; the focus is on applied self-assessment with the Self Check. If you have already mastered the basics of GEO, you are still in the right place, because the workshop goes into strategic application: which maturity level have you really reached, where are the gaps between the levels, how urgent is it for you, and which lever makes the most sense for your specific situation?
Will you get materials to keep working with after the workshop?
Yes. About two weeks after TechDays, we will provide a workbook as a free download that turns the workshop exercise into a complete audit methodology for your own organization. You can then apply it to your brand on your own – with concrete questions, an assessment matrix and guidance on turning the findings into actions. Workshop participants receive a QR code they can use to request the workbook.
What if you can't attend the workshop?
At the end of August, we will share our key workshop insights in a free webinar for everyone who couldn't be in Munich.
Write to contact@insyrt.de with the subject "TechDays webinar" – you will receive the invitation in advance and the workbook afterwards.
